This fine white chocolate is very appropriate to combine with different mixes of colours and flavours in your chocolate fountain. But you have to remember that all the products that goes into a chocolate fountain need to be fat-soluble just to avoid that the white chocolate loses its fluidity.
Due to its high grass content (34%) it doesn’t need further oils or additions to make the fountain work.
This chocolate has a 30% of cacao and a 20% of milk, and it is perfect for delicate confectionery creations like bonbons.
